13. Register of Cane-growers and Cane-growers Co-operative Society or Societies.
(1)The occupier shall maintain in the prescribed form a register of all such Cane-growers and Cane-growers Co-operative Societies, as shall sell cane to that factory.(2)The State Government may make rules for the inspection of such register and the procedure for the correction of any entry therein and obtaining copy of an entry from such register and in making such rules the State Government may also provide for payment of charges for correction and supply of copies.
