O R D E R (Oral)

1. Heard.

2. It is not disputed by the parties that an appeal filed by the applicant is still pending before the Appellate Authority, therefore, in the interest of justice, this O.A. is disposed of by giving directions to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal of the applicant and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders as per Law and rules after affording an opportunity of being heard to the applicant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Orders so passed be duly communicated to the applicant and if some adverse orders are passed against the applicant, he is always at liberty to approach the appropriate legal forum for redressal of his grievance as per law and rules.

4. Needless to say that we have not expressed our opinion so far as the merits of the case are concerned.

5. With these observations and directions as above, this O.A. stands disposed of with no orders as to costs.
