HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR GAUR Order 27/11/2019 Counsel for the respondent Mr. Ajay Shukla submitted that an application under Article 226 (3) has been filed for vacating ex- parte interim order dated 15.05.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Krishna Verma submitted that reply to the writ petition though has been filed in August, 2019, however one opportunity may be granted to file rejoinder and to place certain other document on record to show the territorial jurisdiction of the present High Court to entertain the present writ petition.
Counsel for the petitioner is granted one last opportunity to file any rejoinder or any document on or before the next date.
List this case on 04.12.2019.
It is made clear that the application for vacating ex-parte order under Article 226 (3) shall be taken up, if the case is not decided finally.
