Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Hatching Eggs and Day-Old-Chicks (Regulation of Production, Supply and Sale) Order, 1992
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of Licensing Authority refusing to grant or renew a license or cancelling or suspending a license or forfeiting the security deposit under the provisions of this order, may appeal to the State Government within thirty days from the date of communication of such order.
