19. Disposal of applications by Registrar.
- If the Registrar is satisfied, after holding in the prescribed manner such inquiry as he/she considers necessary, that the applicant for registration is entitled to be registered under section 17, he/she shall enter his/her name in the appropriate register.(2)If the Registrar is not satisfied as aforesaid, he/she shall make an order rejecting the application for registration and refund the fee paid with it.
