Section 87H(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
(1)No prosecution for an offence under this Chapter shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the officer appointed by the Government or by a person authorized in this behalf, by general or special order, by the Government.
