Section 4 in The State Agricultural Credit Corporations Act, 1968
4. Head office and other offices.
(1)The Corporation shall establish its head office at such place in the State or Union territory as the appropriate Government may, after consultation with the Reserve Bank, specify.(2)The Corporation may, after consultation with the appropriate Government, establish offices or agencies at other places in the State or Union territory, as the case may be.
