223. Power of Commissioner to provide meters.
(1)The Commissioner may provide a water-mater and attach the same to the service pipe in premises connected with municipal water works.(2)The expenses of providing and attaching a meter under sub-section (1) shall be paid initially out of Municipal Fund and shall be reimbursable by the owner of the premises.
