Petition under Section 482 of Cr.PC, praying that in the circumstances
stated in the memo of grounds filed in Crl.P., the High Court may be pleased to
pass an interim order by way of stay of all further proceedings including the
arrest of the Petitioners 1 and 2 herein in Crime No.77 of 2019 of Nagaram P.S.,
East Godavari District, pending disposal of CRLP No. 3701 of 2019, on the file of
the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed therewith and also the memo of grounds filed in Crl.P., and orders
of the High Court dated 27-06-2019, 12-07-2019, 03-09-2019, 25-09-2019, 14-
11-2019, 12-12-2019 & 20-01-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri
Chandra Sekhar Ilapakurti, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Public Prosecutor
for Respondent No.1, the Court made the following
ORDER:

"(Through Video Conferencing) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Interim order passed earlier shall remain in operation until further orders.
