13. Appointment.
(1)Appointment to the post(s) as specified in column number 2 of Section B of Schedule- I shall be made by the Director General of Police or an officer authorized by him in this behalf from amongst the persons included in the list prepared under sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 in the order in which their names appear:Provided that the decision of the Director General of Police shall be final in respect of candidates who are selected despite the disagreement recorded by the supervisory officer at the time of forwarding the application of a candidate.(2)Appointment to the post(s) as specified in column number 2 of Section-A of Schedule-I shall be made by the Government in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Police Act, 2007.
