Section 73(2) in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
(2)The Corporation shall by rules made in this behalf provide for -(a)The manner in which the Commission shall perform the duties imposed upon it by or under the Act; and(b)The number of members of the staff of the Commission and their conditions of service.
