Section 27(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University Act, 2013
(1)The first Statutes of the University shall be framed by the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and the copy of the same shall be laid as soon as may be, after it is made, before each House of Parliament.
