Section 107(3) in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
(3)On receipt of the approval of the lessor to the proposal of a co-operative house building society under sub-rule (2) above, and after resuming unallotted plots of land therein by the lessor, the Registrar shall initiate start proceedings for winding up of such a cooperative house building society.
