Section 31A(3) in The Minimum Wages (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1958
(3)The entries on such card shall be made each day in the presence of the employee by the employer or any other person authorised by him in that behalf, and the employee shall produce the card whenever required, for this purpose.
