19. Authorities to examine cotton, etc.
- The authorities competent to examine such cotton or the contents of such package or bale shall be-(1)Agricultural Chemist, Department of Agriculture, M.P.(2)Director, Technological Laboratory, Matunga, or(3)Sworn Surveyor of East India Cotton Association, Bombay.
