Section 17 in The Delhi Land Holdings (Ceiling) Act, 1960
17. Act to override contract and other laws.-
Save as otherwise expressly provided, the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law, custom or usage or agreement or decree or order of a court.
