12. Provision of Receiving Centres.
(1)The State Government may provide and maintain one or more receiving centres as such place or places as it thinks fit, and may certify any institution to be a receiving centre for the purposes of this Act.(2)Every such receiving centre shall be under the control of a Superintendent.
