Section 13(2) in The Punjab Land Reforms Rules, 1973
(2)After the statement referred to in sub-rule (1) has been prepared, the Collector or the officer authorised by the State Government shall serve a [ninety days] [Added vide Notification dated 2.9.1987.] notice in form 'C' on the persons having interest in the land.
