Section 27 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
27. Expenditure from the funds. -
The Corporation shall have power to spend such sums as it thinks fit on objects authorised under this Act and such sums shall be treated as expenditure payable out of the general fund of the Corporation or the funds referred to in sub-section (1) of section 26, as the case may be.
