Section 35(2) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(2)Any member of the public services in India whom it is proposed to appoint to a post in the University shall, subject to the approval of such appointment by the Government (concerned), have the option:-(i)of having his services lent to the University for a specified period and remaining liable to revert to, or to be recalled by, (he Government concerned; or(ii)of resigning Government service on entering the service of the University.
