23. Repeal of Mah. Ord. VII of 1993 and Saving.
(l)The Maharashtra State Commission for Women Ordinance, 1993 (Mah. Ord. VII of 1993), is, hereby repealed,(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification issued or nomination, appointment, rules or order made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, issued or made, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
