Section 13(1) in The Haryana Municipal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
(1)Every street vendor shall have right to carry on the business of street vending activities in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the certificate of vending.
