1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the Plaintiff submits that he may be permitted to place on record videos showing the advertisement campaigns of the respective parties in the form of CDs.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the Defendants refutes that the impugned campaigns are advertisement campaigns and also seeks permission to place on record videos in this behalf in the form of CDs.
3. Parties are permitted to file their respective videos in the form of CDs on or before 19.03.2026.
4. At request of counsel for the Plaintiff, list on 19.03.2026.
