Section 21(1) in Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)No officer or employee shall, except with the previous sanction of the Competent Authority, own wholly or in part or conduct or participate in the editing or management of any newspaper or any other periodical publication.
