Section 39 in Gujarat Biotechnology University Act, 2018
39. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against and no damage shall be claimed from the University, the Chairman, the Director General, the Directors, the authorities or officers or employees of the University or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
