Section 9(1) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Code of Practice for Quality of Service for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2010
(1)Filling time(a)the entity shall endevour to minimize the time taken for filling;(b)in case any consumer is turned away either for want of gas or inadequate pressure or failure of equipment, such details shall be recorded and submitted alongwith Annual Returns in Schedule I to be filed by the entity with the Board.
