State of Assam - Subsection

Section 3(1) in The Assam Elementary Education (Provincialisation) Act, 1974

(1)All sums of money that may be in the Elementary Education Fund, created and maintained under Section 20 of the Assam Elementary Education Act, 1968 shall vest in the State Government.
