Section 2(s) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(s)'Regulations' means regulations framed by the Executive Body of a Sports Association in the matter of conducting tournaments, coaching, training, Umpire's clinic or any other matter not covered under the bye-laws.
