ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2020 to survey the lands in Survey Nos. 339/1C, 339/1A, 342/7B, 342/7A, Perungalathur Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruannamalai District with the protection of police.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of his representation dated 17.11.2020, the 4th respondent has not surveyed the land sofar.
3. Mr. K. Kathiresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already paid the necessary charges for surveying the land.

Mr. Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent had already issued a Page 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ W.P.No.19389 of 2020 notice to the petitioner calling upon him to appear for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. for surveying the land.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition may be disposed of.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
