Dt:08.09.2020 This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by inaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Narsapur in disposing I.A.No.27 of 2017 in O.S.No.35 of 2013 on the file of the said Court, which has been filed for extension of time for filing written statement.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), O.S.No.35 of 2013 was disposed of on 18.12.2019. Therefore, this civil revision petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
