Section 41(12) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(12)[ If the number of duly nominated candidates for election as committee members [***] [Substituted by notification No. F-5-3-91-XV-1, dated 18-4-91.] is equal to or less than the number of seats to be filled, the Returning Officer shall declare all of them elected and shall intimate this fact to the society.
