HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 24/01/2020 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
"a) By an appropriate writ of order or direction in the nature thereof and learned Sub Divisional Officer Cheepabarod, District Baran may kindly be directed to schedule the dates of proceeding, evidence and hearing of the pending suit No.A.087/2016 and decide the suit expeditiously as early as possible within 3 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court so as to secure justice in the interest of the petitioner.
b) Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, be also passed in favour of the petitioner."
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 81 years, therefore, trial Court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen the trial Court is directed to decide the suit within a period of one year.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
