Section 20(1) in The West Bengal Mazdoor, Tindal, Loader, Godownman And Other Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Welfare) Act, 1981
(1)No Court shall take cognizance of any offence made punishable by a scheme or of any abatement thereof, except on a complaint in writing made by an Inspector or by a person specially authorised in this behalf by the Board or the State Government.
