Section 2(e) in The Rajasthan Prevention Of Witch-Hunting Act, 2015
(e)words and expressions used but not defined in this Act and defined in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No. 2 of 1974) or the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860) shall have the meanings assigned to them respectively in those Codes.
