Section 612(2) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(2)Column 9 shall include all cases brought to trial during the year, i.e., all cases in which the accused made his first appearance (personally or by agent) in the course of the year whether such cases are true or false and whether they were instituted during the year or were pending at the close of the previous year.
