51. Statements on matters relating to administration.
(1)Any Councilor or Alderman may ask for a statement from the Mayor-in-Council on an urgent matter relating to the administration of the Corporation or the municipal government of the city by giving a notice to the Secretary at least one hour before the commencement of the sitting on any day.(2)The Mayor or a member of the Mayor-in-Council may accordingly make a brief statement on the same day or fix a date for the same.
