Section 66(2) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(2)Any appointment made under sub-section (1) shall be for such period not exceeding two years and on such conditions as the appointing authority thinks fit:Provided that no such appointment shall be made until financial provision has been made thereof.
