Section 45(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
(1)Students shall not be eligible for admission to a course of study for a degree or diploma unless they have passed the final examination or 10th examination respectively held under the Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Shisksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), or an examination recognised in accordance with the provisions of this Section as an equivalent thereto and possess such further qualifications as may be prescribed by the Ordinance.
