Section 13(1) in The U.P. First Offenders' Probation Rules, 1939
(1)Where the Court decides to release an offender under sub-section (1) of Section 4 and to make a supervision order under sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Act and the probation officer is present in Court, it shall entrust the offender to his charge.
