1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [The Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act,] [Substituted 'Rajasthan Ayurved University Act' by Act No. 24 of 2011, dated, 21.9.2011.] 2002.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on and from such date as the State Government may be notification, appoint.
