(a)Local depots. - (i) Stamps up to the probable demand of one week with cash and opium combined to a value not exceeding Rs. 5,000 ; or(ii)a total value of Rs. 15,000 for stamps, cash and opium whichever is less ;(iii)in the special case of Lahore treasury, the treasurer or his agent may hold in his separate custody in single lock -
