Section 3(4) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(4)The officer so authorised by the Government shall hold enquiry and take on record all documentary and oral submission made by persons(s) appearing before him. The enquiry officer shall submit his report to the Secretary, Agricultural Marketing Department (Development Commissioner) along with all the documents for consideration of the Government.
