Section 46(1) in Karnataka Lake Conservation and Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)In any case of alleged offence by designated officer, empowered officer or any other officer or employee of the Authority or of a wrong alleged to have been done by such designated officer, empowered officer or any such other officer or employee by any act done under colour or in excess of such duty of authority under this Act, or wherein it shall appear to the Court that the offence, if committed or done was of the aforesaid character, the prosecution or suit shall not be entertained against them except with the previous sanction of the Government.
