Section 11(4) in Management and Working of the Forests
(4)As soon as the date mentioned in the notification is past the Forest Settlement Officer's duty ceases and the Forest Officer should proceed at once to improve the demarcation of the boundary on the ground where necessary according to the Rules of the Forest Department.
