Section 6(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayats Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Rules, 2011
(ii)Gram Panchayat shall responsible for planning and management of minor water bodies for the common benefit of the people of Gram Panchayats concerned, if such bodies benefit people for one or more villages within the Panchayat.
