(2)The Board of Appeal shall send a copy Of its decision in appeal to the Land Pooling Officer who shall, if necessary, make any modification in the scheme in accordance with such decision and shall forward the final scheme together with a copy of his decision under section 23 and a copy of the decision of the Board of Appeal in appeal to the State Government for the sanction of the final scheme.Chapter-6 Supplemental and Miscellaneous Provisions
