Section 40(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)The disputes relating to the method of verifying, re-verifying, adjusting or stamping any weights or measures or weighing or measuring instrument in any market area, such dispute may, at the request of the party interested, be referred to the Secretary of the Marketing Board and the decision of the Secretary of the Marketing Board shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), be final.
