Section 8(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Subject to the provision of rule 7, the command, supervision and administration of the Force at the State level shall vest in the Director who shall be responsible for the efficient functioning and management of the Force in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules.
