(f)"Other Backward Classes" means the backward classes of citizens specified in Schedule I of the Uttarakhand Public Service (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994 (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand) as amended from time to time;
