% 14.08.2020 The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19 pandemic.
1. Two additional affidavits dated 05.08.2020 and 13.08.2020 respectively, authored by Mr. Bhalaji Iyer, have been filed on behalf of MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited, the appellants herein, with advance copies to the LPA 167/2020 Page 1 of 2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
2. Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that they would like to file response to the said affidavits dated 05.08.2020 and 13.08.2020.
3. Let the response affidavits be filed within a period of one week from today, with advance copies to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited.
